Hi! I’m a Brazilian transformational healer with over a decade of experience guiding embodied, therapeutic, and performance-based processes that invite deep connection and authentic expression. I’m a Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Specialist, with a BA in World Performance from East15 Acting School. I’m also a Certified Yoga Teacher. Over the years, I’ve learned to hold space with humour, depth, and heart, trusting intuition and original expression as pathways to healing and transformation. My alchemy weaves together the artistic languages of theatre, music, dance, and writing with therapeutic modalities I’ve cultivated along my healing and artistic journey. Through my retreats, workshops, and programmes, I hope you feel a sense of authenticity, sisterhood, creativity and alignment.
